We want you to be completely satisfied with your professional skincare results. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Experience team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least half full, and include your RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to PCA SKIN

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
